Megan Banks concentrates on transactional work, including general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, higher education transactions and regulatory consultation, banking transactions, and estate planning matters. Prior to joining Dunn & Davison, LLC, Ms. Banks clerked for the Honorable Duane Benton, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
