Eric J. Poggemiller

Eric Poggemiller joined the firm in July of 2007 and practices in several areas, including construction law, civil litigation, criminal defense, traffic matters, and employment law.

He spent several years as a state prosecutor, prosecuting crimes as diverse as child support, driving while intoxicated, narcotics, terroristic threats, and manslaughter. During that time he also gained experience in civil litigation, including family law, criminal forfeiture proceedings, and license revocations.

Mr. Poggemiller has significant courtroom experience first-chairing both jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations. He is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, and has practiced before the Court of Appeals, winning the 2007 David J. Dixon award for outstanding appellate advocacy.
